Starting in 2017, the digital disruption is reshuffling the cards and put each company under pressure: Market position becomes weak (Revenues & margin decreasing) because (new) digital competitors start to capture their clients thanks to a better agility and flexibility which improve the customer experience.
To survive in this new world, the company needs to quickly initiate a change management program to ignite its digital transformation.
